Blues Yachting is one of the founders of
Gocek Yacht Club established at 1999 in Gocek. GYC organizes annual regattas and the sailing school for the kids managed by the club with its sponsorship. GYC trained about 450 youths and some of them are members of the Turkish National Team.
Blues Yachting is a volunteer for
DOCEV (Nature and Environment Foundation) founded in 1996 in Denizli. We collect electronic wastes and waste batteries for them and we are planning to maintain our tight cooperation.
Blues Yachting supports the works of
Gocek Culture and Tourism Association founded at 1990 in Gocek. We share the project of collecting waste batteries. We have supported Gocek C&TA by organizing special shows such as Karagoz & Hacivat (traditional Turkish shadow puppet theatre) with the artist Emin Senyer at Gocek C&TA’s annual 23rd of April Festivals (National Festival for kids).
Blues Yachting lends financial and materialistic assistance to the educational institutions. Our final support was to provide Gocek High School’s Girls Volleyball Team’s sports wears. We have also provided Ata Primary School’s Junior Basketball Team’s sports wears, who believed the good luck that the attires brought them, made them win the 1st place at Mugla region.
